HPL by FLINT is the high pressure decorative laminate, which can be joined by pressure or high performance adhesives to any high density board.
High pressure HPL laminate can be adhered to any HDF board, MDF or polymer core. This connection can be made using high performance tails in a pressure and temperature process.
The HPL surface layer provides superior resistance to any board against wear, impacts or areas where it is required to maintain the original appearance over time.
Thanks to FLINT technology, it is possible to customize any application or installation, incorporating logos and graphic images to the HPL sheets. Consult availability on formats or any customization in decorative, special designs and finishes.
The durability of a piece of furniture coated with HPL depends on how it is used, especially with regard to the surface decorative part, just as in a smooth finish it will have a resistance to scratches that is much lower than a structured finish. In each case, the durability depends on its qualities, as well as from the environmental point of view.
